Shipping & Taxes
Standard shipping is free.  Kittygallery uses U.S. First Class Mail which normally takes 5 business days.  Your purchases may be available for quicker shipping, please call us
     
Kittygallery ships from each designers studios located through out the United States because your purchases are handmade at the time of your order.    If you purchase from different designers on one visit you will receive your packages individually from the respective designer.  If you would like Kittygallery to wrap your purchase as a gift and mail to someone other than yourself, we can do that.  Call or email for custom request pricing.
       
If you custom order please allow up to two weeks for clothing, hats, scarves, pillows, jewelry or handbags.  Please note on some handbags it is a standard two weeks for delivery and the verbiage is posted on the page.
       
You will be notified immediately if you purchase an item that is on backorder by phone if provided or email.  If you live in Michigan a 6% state sales tax will be added to your purchase.

Please note that colors might vary slightly, due to the different computer screen qualities.
Most items (unless otherwise noted) are one-of-a-kind,therefore there is a  slim possibility of double-ordering before Kittygallery.com can post a sold notice on the site.  *If this happens, the person who placed the order second, will be offered the choice of a another item at a discounted price or a full refund via paypal.
Returns-Refunds
In order to return a product, you must contact us as soon as you receive your package.  Hats clothing and scarves must not be worn and kept in original packaging.
Kittygallery.com must receive the returned item in the condition we shipped it to you in before 100% refund is issued
, or if you wish, an exchange with a similar value item.
The jewelry you purchase through Kittygallery.com comes with a 30 day guarantee on the workmanship.  If you feel you need repairs or adjustments to your jewelry during the 30 day period,  please contact us to let us know you will be sending it back to be adjusted, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason and would like to be refunded 100% instead, within the 30 days. 
Your Privacy
You reveal personal information to Kittygallery.com only when it is absolutely necessary.  Paypal asks for specific details like e-mail, shipping, billing address etc.  Any personal information given to Kittygallery.com during the purchase process will be used only to complete your order.

Alterations and Product Care
Spot clean all handbags and hats only.   Clothes purchased at Kittygallery.com should be dry-cleaned only.
